BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support and translate business needs into system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of operational business processes to support end-to-end SAP integration.

Collect, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders through structured collaboration.

Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation: business requirements, functional specification, process flow diagrams

Collaborate with SAP configuration teams and support internal process mapping

Design, document, and monitor Test Case Scenarios in coordination with Business Units and QA testers.

Validate that system configurations and developments meet business needs and functional expectations.

Provide user training and develop Training Manuals for SAP end-users.

Support change management by analyzing change requests and suggesting process optimizations.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience (2–5 years) in ERP implementation, upgrades, or support projects within the financial sector (banks, IFNs), with a proven track record in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and improving end-to-end processes.

Strong focus on operational efficiency, process standardization, and user adoption.

Functional expertise in SAP CML or other ERP platforms tailored to financial services.

Strong capabilities in business process mapping and process reengineering to align operations with system functionalities.

Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis, translating operational needs into system specifications.

A structured, analytical approach to problem solving and process optimization.

Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
