CREDIT RISK ANALYST

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to join our team and play a key role in assessing and managing credit risks to support our growth and financial stability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and making informed decisions on credit limit proposals, or escalating them to the relevant committee in line with our credit risk policy to ensure sound credit decisions.

• Managing and releasing sales orders within SAP and CRM systems to ensure smooth and efficient processing.

• Ensuring compliance with counterparty evaluation criteria in accordance with the credit risk policy.

• Analyzing blocked sales orders and approving or requesting approvals based on your expertise and established competence limits.

• Conducting risk analyses to facilitate the removal of clients from the blacklist.

• Performing risk assessments for partners, including suppliers and service providers, to ensure strong business relationships.

• Evaluating proposed collateral structures to mitigate risk.

• Collaborating closely with the sales team to gather necessary documents and information for thorough risk analysis.

• Inputting committee decisions into our system, managing credit limits, and adding necessary comments for accurate record-keeping.

• Reporting any identified risk cases to management, ensuring prompt attention.

• Creating insightful reports to support decision-making and business strategies.

• Contributing to the ongoing development, automation, and optimization of our IT systems.

Skills:

• University degree, preferably in Economics

• Strong analytical, synthesis, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize tasks, organize, and solve problems

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Strong presentation skills, clarity, conciseness, communication, and relationship-building abilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills: tact, diplomacy, patience, responsibility, confidentiality, integrity

• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, database) and reporting

 Knowledge of an international language and/or specialized courses, taken domestically or abroad, is a plus
